Dr. Mackenzie J. Millet is the Director of Educational Leadership at Millet & Associates, where she drives initiatives that boost student success, retention, and leadership development.
With a background spanning higher education, community engagement, and brand activation, she blends academic expertise with practical innovation.
Her work has shaped programs from K–12 through graduate school, including leadership summits that create pipelines for underrepresented students and large-scale cultural and health initiatives that tie learning to community impact.
Dr. Millet holds a B.A. from Spelman College, an M.A. from Columbia University’s Teachers College, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Oakland University. Guided by Luke 12:48, “To whom much is given, much is required” she sees leadership as both responsibility and calling, dedicated to reducing barriers and building environments where all students can thrive.
